Edge of the World

Having an adventure away from home.

Galveston Island, Texas - the edge of my world.

I am such a creature of habit, when I went out
for my morning walk I took my iPod.

Never used the iPod, I was too busy
enjoying the wind and the sound of the waves.

(My first video in blogland.)

Whatever you are listening to I hope makes you smile
and wherever you are this day I hope you have peace.

I do enjoy the sound of the surf. It's one of the things I missed most after moving to North Alabama from Maryland. I'm so glad you shared that this morning -- it was a happy smile! :)

Lovely, it bitterly cold here - what temperature is it there?

Thank you for visiting The Archers at The Larches.

Since I didn't grow up near the ocean-it always scared me. Just not knowing what's in those waters!!!

I love the sound of the waves too and this brings memories of my time at sea in the Gulf. Wonderful calm to hurricane over the months.

Great beach.
