What Day Is It?

Spring is busting out all over here in Fort Worth.  Lots of buds and blooms and grass growing and leaves sprouting and, well, here's something I don't see every day.

Spring - time for a young lizard to look for love

maybe just a place in the sun.

Happy Wednesday!

That was so cute! All of my roses are in bloom down here in south central Texas. The little green lizards are working overtime to keep the bug population down too. I love spring time in Texas.

That's funny. I love the Texas lizards. It's too cold for them here in Holland. I miss Texas in a big way. xo Jenny

We are into our autumn season here in Australia so the nights are starting to crisp up and we've had some good rains too.
Enjoy your spring!

Cheers - Joolz xx

I miss the Texas lizards too, but here I have geckos inside the house! They are small (4-5inches) and they usually like to stay high near the ceiling. I found some gecko eggs in my sewing room and they weren't much larger than a pea. xx debbie

Thought you had a giant lizard on your hands there for a while!

That made me chuckle. I'm in the suburbs near St. Louis, Missouri and I wish I had lizards in my garden. I don't know why there are none around here. Maybe if I put a dinosaur like yours in my garden it would attract a lizard, or more likely my 4 yr old grandson.
